  • Malcolm Duncan is Senior Minister of Kensington Temple in London, and Chairman of the KTLCC Church Board. Prior to that, he was Lead Pastor of Dundonald Elim Church in Belfast. He has been an ordained minister in the Elim Pentecostal Church since 1997, but engaged in pastoral ministry since 1987. He has a theology degree from Regents Theological College (Manchester University) and is currently engaged in doctoral studies exploring the role of the pastor in contemporary culture. He is the author of 16 books including Good Grief: living with sorrow and loss (Oxford: Monarch, 2020): Risktakers (Oxford: Monarch, 2013); I want to be a God-Gazer (Oxford: Monarch, 2015); the Niteblessings series and Flipped: Life in the Upside Down Kingdom (London: SPCK, 2023) which was the basis of the Spring Harvest event in that year, and A Higher Call: Life radically re-imagined through the Sermon on the Mount (London: SPCK, 2023). He is working on four more volumes which will each explore another of the five discourses in the Gospel of Matthew. He is married to Debbie, and they have been married since 1993, have four children and four grandchildren.

  • Christy Wimber is from southern California, a mother of two, a speaker, pioneer, an author, and former Senior Pastor and television host. Christy has spoken to thousands of people all over the world. Her passion is to train and build healthy leadership in the church and the business world. Christy’s love for the whole church allows her to serve multiple denominations and movements.

  • Jonny Ferguson leads Hillsong Newcastle. Born and bred in the North East, Jonny, together with his wife, Amy, have been leading in church since they got married in 2011. His heart is to see the region transformed by the presence of God and to see people formed into kingdom disciples living missional lives.

Effective Leadership is a time and space created for those in leadership roles. Rarely do leaders have safe spaces where they can just receive, build into their leadership and be strengthened alongside others who are in similar roles. This time will be encouraging, but also challenging, as our hope is that we would walk away from our time together with new vision, but also new relationships.

Mentoring and one-to-ones

This time is an investment where our focus is to be highly-relational as we need others who can cheer us on through life and ministry. There will be limited times available to those who desire some one-to-one mentoring from those who have already been where you find yourself today. If you would like one of these times, please indicate your interest when booking a ticket and we will be in touch.
